Why I specialise in gynaecology and male fertility
I started my career working as a rural GP in Western Australia. That’s when I developed my interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Seeing the joy of parents having a baby inspired me to undertake further training. Specialising in O&G and Fertility has provided me with the opportunity to combine my interests in surgery and medical hormonal work. When I worked with my andrology mentor, I developed a further interest in andrology and male fertility. Listening to women on their fertility journey or with gynaecology concerns allows me to provide the best quality care.

As a fertility specialist I offer micro TESE, TESA and vasectomy reversal for male infertility.
Heavy Periods
Your gynaecologist can help you with the management of heavy or painful periods. Understanding the causes and managing the symptoms means that we look at your quality of life and your health history before recommending treatment.
Endometriosis
Endometriosis is a common condition in women’s health. It is associated with infertility, pain during intercourse, and excessive period pain. The gold standard approach to diagnose endometriosis is laparoscopic appraisal surgery.
Vasectomy reversal
Typically, men have a vasectomy when they have completed their family or they don’t want any children. When they change their mind, a vasectomy reversal is a surgical procedure to conceive naturally and to avoid IVF treatment.
Colposcopy
If your cervical screening test requires further investigation, I can help you with a colposcopy procedure. This is a common procedure in the early detection of changes that may progress to cervical cancer if left untreated.
Hysterectomy
In case of ongoing women’s health issues, we may recommend a hysterectomy, a procedure to remove your uterus. It's a hard decision, and my role as your gynaecologist is to inform you adequately and to carefully inspect the reasons to perform a hysterectomy.
Male Infertility
Many of my Perth patients appreciate speaking to a male specialist to discuss fertility challenges. My expertise and my particular interests in male infertility treatment have allowed me to help hundreds of patients in this area.
IVF
